Return conditions

 

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Sale items are final and non-refundable, unless faulty

 


How to request a return

 

  1. Email our support team with your order number

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions

  3. Ship the item back (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

 

Refunds

 

  • Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method

 


Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.
